Tyen World lore

Tyen- was created by the Gods centuries ago, they created an ancient race known today as the Titans. They have long since perished believed by the Churches of Four to have become Gods themselves. The only city that still stands of the ancient race is the Imperial City. Which is now ruled by the Dyien Empire. It is said that the Emperors blood line can be traced to one of the nine Titans who created the city.

The Church of Four- was founded by humans after discovering ancient ruin of a titan temple to the Gods. The name derives from the number of God's that were mentioned in the temple. Although there are other faiths with in Tyen, this is certainly the most widely followed. All other religions are outlawed with in the regions of the Empire.

Knights of The Four-(Paladins) They are knights who enforce the laws and rituals of the Church of the Four. They work along side the Empire's Army to ensure the sanctity of the Church. They are in charge of preventing rogue Mages from causing havoc through out Tyen.

Mage Guild- a group of civilian mages banded together to assist the Empires Army. Although they will go to battle sometimes with the the Empire. They often just study and practice their Arcane arts under the Knights of the Four's close watch.
